I had tried to sell my home about a year earlier but was unable to get close to the asking price, so I took it off the market and postponed by retirement. After finally deciding to retire, I thought any reasonable price would be fine, as I did have a lot of equity. I researched the local Realtors and after talking to Shelley, I felt I should give her a try. EXCELLENT CHOICE!!!! I took her advice, moved out allowing her to stage the house and manage the sell. After I moved, Shelley and her team cleaned the home, made minor repairs (at low cost to me), staged it, listed, and sold it. The house was listed on Thursday, she had an open house the next weekend, and it sold the next Thursday for MORE THAN ASKING. I only did what she instructed!!!! I strongly recommend Shelley, if you want to sell your home!!!!

Organized, thorough, and motivating, she patiently guided us through the maze, took care of so many tasks and details for us, really lightened our load,and we sold for above asking $ and in under two weeks. We have her to thank. From what I understand, fees are negotiated, but are usually 2.5-3.0% for each agent (buyer and seller)
