A California native, Shelley grew up in Alameda, where she was first inspired by her grandmother, who flipped homes. That early spark shaped her career path. After earning her B.A. in Liberal Studies and Mass Communications at California State University, Hayward, Shelley began in finance, working six years as a mortgage broker before transitioning into real estate.

Today, Shelley is recognized as an insightful Realtor® and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), serving Active Adults and the 55+ community throughout San Joaquin County. She specializes in helping clients sell and downsize, purchase their last home, or transition smoothly into a rental or senior living community. While her focus is on listings, she also assists 55+ home buyers, offering guidance with honesty, care, and expertise.
