VANTAGE @ TRACY HILLS UTILITIES INFORMATION
Utilities: New gas, electric, sewer, water, garbage, telephone and cable hook-up fees are paid by Buyer. Seller is not responsible for transferring utilities to Buyer’s account and has no control over the rates charged or the services furnished by any utility company or service provider. For information please contact the following providers.
SEWER: The City is responsible for providing and maintaining sewer system services for the neighborhood. For further information and cost, buyer may contact the Finance Department at (209) 831-6800.
TRASH: Curbside trash pick-up will be provided by Tracy Delta Solid Waste Management, Inc. and billed through the City. Buyer must arrange for trash service with the Finance Department by calling (209) 831-6800.
ELECTRICITY: Buyer must arrange for electrical service with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) by contacting PG&E at (800) 743-5000. Buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the electrical system in Buyer’s home in accordance with the Homeowner’s Manual.
CABLE/INTERNET: Cable television outlets will not be provided in the home. Instead, the home will be set up for a wireless hub in a central closet or location in the home. For more information see Section C.50 or speak to the Sales Representative. Buyer must arrange for cable television and/or internet service with his/her own choice of Internet Service Provider (ISP). Seller does not recommend or endorse any specific ISP.
TELEPHONE: Telephone outlets will not be provided in the home as a standard feature because the home will also be set for a wireless hub in a central closet or location in the home or speak to Sales Representative. Buyer must arrange for telephone and/or internet service with his/her own Internet Service Provider (ISP). Seller does not recommend or endorse any specific ISP or router.
GAS: Gas outlets have been provided in the home. The number and location of these outlets can be obtained from Buyer’s Sales Representative. Buyer must arrange for gas service with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) by contacting them at (800) 743-5000.
WATER: Water service to the home is provided by the City. If buyer has any questions concerning fees and/or charges associated with water service, buyer may contact the Finance Department at (209) 831-6800.
MAILBOX KEYS: Please take your Closing Statement or copy of your Deed to pick up your mailbox keys at the Post Office located at: 4025 Commercial Drive, Tracy, 95304 or call them at: 209-834-0953
